Do my customers need to download an app or sign up?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and everything happens in the browser, in seconds. No account needed to get started.
Do I need to change my point of sale (POS)?
No. Loopi works without connecting to your POS. You only need to place the QR on your tables, counter or receipts.
What if I don't have a Google profile?
You can still use Loopi. Feedback, rewards and customer win-back work without Google. If you have a profile, you can also invite customers to leave a review.
How do I keep rewards from being abused?
You set the limits: how many times a reward can be redeemed, how often, at which location and until when. Loopi checks every visit to prevent repeated scans.
Does it work with several locations?
Yes. Each location has its own QRs and rewards, and you can see results per location or for your whole business.
